Terms and Conditions

  • We cannot exchange any tree due to looks if: If in you do not like the shape as they are a living product shapes and colour may vary – photos on website are an indication only!
  • Payment is made in advance by card payment only (not AMEX)
  • Should a quality issue arise and all care instructions have been adhered to we will offer a full refund (before 24th Dec) or arrange a replacement if available.  Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • We can only give an AM/PM delivery time, however will do our utmost to accommodate any requests delivery time window.
  • As trees are a natural product, looks, colours and longevity can and will vary.  We do use our expertise and premium growers to try to maintain consistant quality and shape but this cannot be guaranteed
  • Guarantee – should your tree lose it’s needles prematurely we will replace FOC prior to 23 December so long as our care guidelines have been adhered to.
  • Collection – you can order your tree online or by phone.   We will take payment and choose and resource your perfect tree to collect at a day/time that suits you!  Just go online or call to speak to one of our expert staff.
  • Local delivery – (Normally) £5.00  - Come over and select your perfect tree from the 100’s to choose from or call/online order. We can deliver to local area using our own transport using our own transport at a cost or £5.00 per location!
